I Still Care

Sometimes I get scared.

Sometimes I worry.

But that's only because sometimes I get lonely.

Even if I don't speak to you everyday,

Doesn't mean I want you,

To run away.

I still care.

I always will,

Never fear because I'll always be here.

I may seem happy,

But that's only because I can hide the pain,

I'm good at that,

I always have been.

However when your around,

I can be me,

I can be happy.

But when you leave,

That's another story.

I still care.

I always will,

Never fear because I'll always be here.

I guess I just want to say,

Thank you.

For being there,

For leading me out of the darkness.

Thank you for being a friend.

Thank you for always caring.
