Boiling

Boiling

A Poem by Emilie

The feeling starts way down inside me

Deep within my stomach

My insides decay within me

Where I feel it the most

My blood thickens

Quickens

Burning my veins

The rage within

Burns to the skin

Sit pretty

Keep you god damn mouth shut

I’ll crawl down into my bottle

Make sure it’s corked up tight

Don’t let the blood seep through the surface

No matter how deep the cut

This poem is very simple. I like the imagery in your words. Keep up the good work.
