Contractual Agreement

Contractual Agreement

Be careful what you wish for' and who you wish it from

Contractual Agreement

The darkness engulfs extenishing light
Blankets the earth death tolls in the night
A moment in time a wadger in haste
In shadows his screams lay way to the night

You conjured his name
A proposition was made
The rules were given
You agreed to the game

A contract was signed
You were paid in full
You wagered you lost
The price given your soul

Time has expired you try to escape
Hide in the mist keep one step ahead
In vain you keep running
In terror you tred

Maniacally laughing his voice echoes surrounds
I hold the key to your cage
Its time you bow down

The flames now appear
Blistering skin
He looks down at you and grins
Read the fine print boy
The devil always wins

I see ,I give,I extend the light, the world is not black or white but indifferent. But damn this poem is good.

Is extenishing a word? Perhaps extinguishing was what you were aiming for, I can't tell.
And wadger=wager, tred=tread. Just trying to help with spelling :L
I liked it...the last verse gives a very imposing and ominous feel which adds to the effect well^^
