LET ME....

LET ME....

               LET ME BE ...

a pleasant memory passing by
with touch of summer breeze,
laughter that swells up as you lie
            back and are at ease.

LET ME BE ...
the lips that tenderly smooth your cheek
when lines mar the beauty of your smiling face.
Let me be the one you can confide in when things
                        go wrong.

LET ME BE ...
a call away whenever you need a helping hand:
always be by your side to comfort and console you~
through thick and thin ~ whatever the mood you are in.

LET US BE ...
With each other always and forever ~ till the end of time!

in my archives I find many pieces that leave me with wide open eyes, "what IS this?!" " who wrote THIS?!"😐 just few days ago I was editing an older poem, I couldn't believe how poor it looked in my eyes now, and still right now after I edited it, it needs more work!

back to Your poem, the sweetness of Your words touch me lovingly... it have a kind of Shakespearian touch, with Your own romantic touch, this kind of simple lovely pieces add smiles at the hearts each day...
