WHAT WILL THEY SAY?

There is truth in this poem. What is the final take on your life?

 

What would it be like if you left here today?
Would people be sad that you went away?
Would there be candles?
Would tears be shed?
Would someone take example from the life that you led?
Would you be missed, or just buried away?
Would kind words be said of you on today?
Gone not forgot. Loved beyond words.
A hateful heart! Surly and absurd!
What shall be the final take on your life?
Loved by your kids, or hated by your wife?
It’s a true question that needs to be thought through
What have you left when death comes for you?

Nice thoughts dude. I figure if just one person was helped, or improved by our exhistence then we've done our job. In the end it doesn't matter what anyone says about us when we're gone. In my humble opinion, it only matters that we did the best we could with what we were given...! Write on Eddie. I'll be back to read some more of your stuff. This is something i often think about when i am sad. Perfect representation of that. What will happen when we die? Will we be missed or simply forgotten.
