Touché

I don't advocate vengence but I like this poem...

 

In this duel of lies you hurt me; point taken, point given, and point won!
You caught my guard down and you cut me; you left alone, bleeding, and stunned
Now you want me to heal and forgive you; ignore my pain, accept you, and just move on
I think you have this game all twisted; see I know you will still do me wrong

 

Like a fool I’ve been a victim of your deception; your skillful sabre cut quick, deep, and strong
Yet, in the days after your last penetration; I decided it was time to move on
You think me weak and a puppet to your thinking; you don’t know, I now have a plan
You hurt me but this next point is mine and then we will see who can stand

You see weakness when you see me smile smartly; it’s designed to make you forget the facts:
I too have a sabre and I am readying it for my own perfidious attack

 

You will soon know my true vengeance; this I promise myself today
I will no longer forgive your perpetrations; for each slash I promise you will pay
So when you drop your guard thinking you see my weakness and carry on thinking we are okay
That is when my sabre will be me coming, as I stab at your heart and shout out:  Touché !
