Jeweled Garden

Jeweled Garden

A Poem by ekbay72

Walking through the jeweled garden
Leaves of gold and ruby seeds
Queen's tear frozen in winter
Faded memories of seasons long past
Arise and flash

Shades of sunset glow with honey drops of garnet gems
Diamond mirrors reflect the sharpest desires
Before shattering into glass

Sun rises in the east, sets in the west
Sapphires skies brighter than air
Her smile blooms

Love in the beauty
With winter's cool breath
He takes her by the hand
Gently leading her to his realm
With only once glance back

Before shattering into glass"
