A slivered momentA Poem by eglantineWe made love-- and I don't mean in the physical, body-within-body way, but like how the sky diffuses into itself: cool shades into warm hues-- a constant frothing atmosphere.
The moon cracked and spilled its' yolk--a creamy mess of entangled lovers' sheets.
Three roses hung upside-down from the window to dry.
Soft silver evaporates into deep rouge-- a blend of two bodies, a scent of the moon. © 2012 eglantineFeatured Review
