Vague AttemptA Poem by eglantineHonesty is more than a tumble of churchgoers eager for a crumb of confession and it is more than a handshake in a dark corner. It is not quite the color white nor is it close to the sharp scent of amonia. Honesty is in this poem but this poem is not honest like the wide-eye moon. In simpliest definition, honesty is only seven letters strung together, and anyone can write it. © 2012 eglantineAuthor's Note
