Reason

Reason

A Poem by Edward Lancheister

When the show end
and the lights turn down
People walk away  one by one
And silence become my best friend

Lie down my back to the ground
See the cloud moving by wind
Prevent the moon that shine
Just coldness what i feel inside

The world keep going around
as the time move forward like a bound
no matter how far i could go
always back and begin from zero

Reason to be love
a need to be live
between decision and choices
bring consequences
like a destiny that faithfully await to be taken and fulfilled

Show me the reason
If life is not just a part of any season
like a theatre of life
pulled by the string of believe
i keep my fingers on guitar strings
a song that can't be sing
to find my reason for next path of decision

A reason of what i will become

Wow, beautiful. The images convey so much more than at first glance. I especially like the stanza about music. The only thing is in the line "a song that can't be sing" should be "a song that can't be sung", but I still get the meaning. Very nice.
