AtlasA Poem by Rain BoThis is about a girl who died (how is open for interpretation). This girl was the center of her circle, and she brought people from different cliques together. From the point of view of one of her friends.
The Atlas of our lives, She carried our world on her shoulders. She glued us together, Then she tore us apart. She'd change our lives, We could tell from the start. And when she left, A piece of each of us went, too.
And when we see each other now, We awkardly smile or wave. But we never speak of the girl we knew, The girl we could have saved. © 2009 Rain BoReviews
