Grace and Trust

Grace and Trust

A Poem by papaed
"

ten specific words within forty for a challenge

"

Our throats grow hoarse

as we laugh and sing together.

My eyes are infected

with liquid love for no other.

Reflections of bright memories cascade.

I watch you sleeping with tender heart.

You’ve grace and trust without question

my love.

In so few words. You said it all. Watching a love one sleep and peaceful. Allow us to soak their beauty into our heart. A beautiful poem. Thank you.
