A Poem by Namuh Niffa
"

i got steps behind me too

"

why remember failure

when you know you once won

what you got up on yo mind

there is no intended pun

see theres some thats gonna get me

others lost up in the sun

why do dirt

when theres drugs to be done

work aint good

cause the pay aint fun

change them last words

cause the work aint fun

pay aint good

but life be amazin

if you see theres gon be problems

then get on it like gravy

dreams is fa sho

but realitys a maybe

she a 6 foot model

but you still call her baby

she still act young

now you lookin for a lady

been found sane

so you out lookin fa crazy

tired of seein bright

so you lookin fa dat shady

writin letters to yo mind

cause yo brain sayin page me

yo heart dont beat

cause the rhythm too basic

you could see it all

cause you got two faces

subtract that from me

and it adds up to your language
