Life's fall.

Life's fall.

A Poem by ecto521

I've always dreamed big, but lived so small.
I remained eternally safe, scared of a fall.
But such falls to earth find you in the end.
No matter how small you live my friend.

I fell from my perch, not far it seemed,
My fall wasn't equal to how big I'd dreamed.
But anyone will tell you, it's not how far you fall.
It's what you see as you drop, your life's recall.

This is so moving and very personal, it may be short but it hits hard in that time and I think it relates to everybodys journey.

About
For a hopeful writer I have very little to write about me. I'm like a book, but you learn nothing from the blank pages inside. You have to spend time with me and write down what you learn along the wa.. more..

Writing
Cascading. Cascading.
