Funny 'till the end

Funny 'till the end

A Poem by ecto521

The tears fall from my mouth hidden as a joke,
a way to camouflage the turmoil you invoke.
My calmness crumbles and the shaking ensues
In my eyes you awake the resting blues.
Sadness has come to whisk me away
Get up of your knees it's too late to pray
I'm done with this s**t, I've had my fill
I grasp my parchment. my ink and my quill...

"It looks like suicide, as though I took a pill
But jokes detective, this is a murderers kill..."

This is wonderful and says so much in so little space. Beautiful writing, keep it up. Only criticism, be careful about mixing 'of' and 'off', I always have to double check for this mistake too.

About
For a hopeful writer I have very little to write about me. I'm like a book, but you learn nothing from the blank pages inside. You have to spend time with me and write down what you learn along the wa.. more..

Writing
Cascading. Cascading.
