reach out and pinch someone

reach out and pinch someone

A Poem by Annie
"

couldn't say.

"

this nation a hive of drugged machines
programmed to drive the American Dream,
our own dreams are doomed beneath the directive to
serve consume serve consume
SERVE CONSUME TILL DEATH
(and don't forget to purchase that deluxe coffin ahead of time
so your family won't be distracted by burden...)

no.
F**K. THAT. NIGHTMARE.
i'm serving Love and Evolution
I'm consumed with the passion of Life
and the struggle against the illusion,
that dream is not the reality,
that hive is not my enemy
so with all the humanity within me...
WAKE THE F**K UP! show us all
theres a soul inside that walking doll!
does it hurt?
are you mad?
are you alive?
are you sure?

Your anger is in harmony with the words, and the theme that provokes it is a very good one, because of it's deep anchoring in reality.
