Not That Perfect

Not That Perfect

A Poem by Ai Kizoku Japson

You are not that handsome, but you attracted me
You are not that tall the way I wanted you to be
You are not that clever that I wish you were
You are not that perfect and yet you're still good for my dimple standards
I still remember the day I saw you,
I was eating my heart out
Then I raised my head and you were there all by yourself
Oblivious of your surrounding
And of the curiosity you gave me
It was like a voice whispered to me to look at you for a very long time
Which I do not know why I should
Something touched my heart and I do not know what that means
Now i am having a hard time understanding my feelings
About the stranger that I saw only once
