Spring’s Renaissance

Spring’s Renaissance

A Poem by Echoes of Eros
"

Every petal a dream unleashed... xo

"

In drab, dull winter’s cloak

Flames ignite a scaffolding of dry bones

Barren limbs outstretched in feeble prayers

The soft, cold silence of night

Breathes a warmer eloquence at sunrise

As voices pirouette in colors of renaissance

A poignant, perfect melody

Lifts in crescendos as flowered fireworks

Burst from death’s seed sown in meadow’s wild

Blushed, heavy death no more

Every petal a dream unleashed to say

Let the golden lady spring forever from your soul!

Thank you for your reflections, and for sharing what touches your sweet soul always. xo
Elegant and charming in language and metaphors. My heart is warming up to this exquisite ode to spring's renaissance.
