Here's My SoulA Poem by eatmillsI can’t find my way out I just want to shoutI can’t find my way out I just want to shout They don’t understand This is who I am I hate you You’ve done this to me You’ve lied again I see Desperate ways, Shakespeare plays It all goes round and dies in the end of the middle it begins to breakdown. The camera reports the red river that flows down my arms. I don’t want to harm you I hate you I want you dead Get out of my head Your voice still rings In my ears The sting of my tears I’m trying to leave Here’s my soul. This is what you wanted This is what you’ve taken You cry I die Look over my tortured soul There is no substance Used up in carnal bliss So take this And take that You wanted your prize Does it trouble you? Did you expect it to be so black? Used up and abused? I don’t want it back. © 2012 eatmills |
