Too Much

Too Much

A Poem by eatmills

It’s too much.  I can only take what I want.

It’s too much.  You take what you need.

Impartial to the gathering, you quiver.

I only can take so much.

Your head I must severe.

Free state is not a truth.

This is a ruse

Planned to amuse.

Push you down into the ground

And bury you.

It’s too much.  My hatred burns.

It’s too much.  Your love yearns.

Nothing fails.

Something fails.

I die.  You cry.
