[Above tall treetops,]A Poem by eaglepoetBeginning efforts at rhyming.
Above tall treetops,
black sky: a backdrop yellowed lights- deftly inscribed. Beauteous wonder. Rumbles of thunder. Midnight skies- above are scribed. Gorgeous, shimmering. Black skies: flickering. Breezes whisking: through tall trees. Welcome nature's sounds. Listen: to pure grounds. Twilight vault, night's deepest seas. Connect-the-dots: above, caress your truelove. Whisper your love: in their ear. Count angels shining. Life starts aligning. Sweet relief: to cherish dear. © 2016 eaglepoetAuthor's Note
