Everything starts. Short. First chapter will be a lot longer.

Prologue

                The room; where everything had begun. The room had no windows, no color, it was gray. Everything was gray in the room. Even the door leading to the outside was gray. It was holding in so many terrible memories of all the people had lived in it. Capturing every moment that changed that person’s life and the memories were so vivid. No one understood how this room could hold so much sorrow and still survive.

                Years had gone by and no one wanted to purchase that house that the room was located in. Until one day a family that consisted of a mother, father, and son decided to buy that house. Everyone in the neighborhood thought they were crazy for buying that house. Everyone in the neighborhood had only heard bad things of that house, that room, where everything had begun. The family had never heard such horrors of that room.

                This where it all begins; that room.

This already creeps me out... It makes me think of The Grudge. The book was so cool, and scary, I highly recommend it.
I like that you started it off eerie and dark, I can't wait to see what happens to the family.
