Shadow Princess- Chapter 1

Chapter 1

                He was searching around an abandoned room. The boy looked through items that belonged to the people that used to live in the house. He sighed not finding what he was looking for in the room he was searching for. He walked into another room and flipped the light on. As soon as he turned the light on he could see dust. Dust was everywhere in the room. He started going through items in the room.

                The boy was exhausted, but he knew that he couldn’t give up on the search. It was important for him to find it. He knew that if he didn’t he would get an ear full from his partner. The thought of his partner complaining just gave him a headache. Suddenly the boy got an urge to go over to the closet. He searched through the closet and then nothing was there. He kicked the doorpost as hard as he could.

                He cursed as he walked out of the house. He pulled his black hoodie back over his face. After a couple of moments he heard a communicator going off. His headache just grew worse as he knew that it was his partner. He flipped the screen open to see a boy with black hair and green eyes on the screen.

                “What do you want, Hideyoshi,” the boy said. His headache was getting extremely worse.

                “Domon, you know why I’m contacting you!” Hideyoshi said yelling at his partner. Domon just sighed knowing that this was going to happen! “Did you find her or anything relating to her?”

                “No, I didn’t find anything,” Domon said looking down. He sighed knowing that he wasn’t going to hear the end of it. Hideyoshi glared at him from the screen! Domon could feel that they were both getting irritated that they couldn’t find her.

                “You know that we need to find her! She is the only person that can save--,” Hideyoshi was saying before Domon cut him off.

                “I know, Hideyoshi. We have to report back to the king that we couldn’t find anything in the house that he told me to search in. There were stuff left in the house, but nothing related to his daughter,” Domon said.

                Hideyoshi sighed and knew that Domon was right. Domon disappeared into the night knowing that the search for their princess would be hard and long, but he knew that they needed to find her. Hideyoshi met up with Domon at their bass. They discussed what their next move was and decided to report to their king.
