Pave the PathA Poem by Amorette Duvannesif you get the pun then you get the person. be smart and you can have all my secrets.Deep in the flux of your valley Iron strikes, cold as gnat's piss-- Combing through time with wired fingers Electro, Electra cool me off; Ich steige, du steigst Strait-jacket, wringing oil, Bleed it from your pores, this is How to be a being bee. Who am I? I am Paul, Saul of Tarsus Who are you, O window shadow of divine galore? A pilgrimage through your veins! Sacrifice of the internal, serve it up On my groins, greedy snap! Disappointment, I plead, please come back to me. Ick liebe thee, ick ick, I am too silly for the throat, so I float, Squalid seas touch in a way I did not ask, Take me as the tide, I did not ask. If I am worse today I will make an effort. Isssshhh, isssshhh, the throat deceits me The wind shushes me, turns me away into the blatant storm, I wrinkle up, shrewd and compliant, This is how to be a song Symphonising through every nerve-ending They near. One, be more. Two, be less. Oh, squalid one! -- Science does outnumber you By one, smug self, you brought this on yourself Darling elf, budding pelvis, I shrunk onto you All of forever, eternal and ever. © 2013 Amorette DuvannesAuthor's Note
