Selling My First VideogameA Story by dw817Selling my first videogame.
Gosh, where do I begin.
I was 12-years old when I sold my first game package for Apple ][ to A.P.P.L.E. (Apple Pugetsound Programming Library Exchange) those many years ago. I continued to sell games to them until I was 14. At which point my interests leaned towards a different computer, the Commodore Amiga - and it was then I decided not to charge for my games, until I was 18, and sold Dragonhunt. That was still a long time ago. All the month of October 2016, I took time to learn this retro programming game language called PICO. And I did - learn quite a bit. It was certainly an enjoyable ride. And - I'm selling the fruits of my labor, a Halloween game for the dollar-store, cost of 99 cents right HERE: Complete with a detailed backstory of death, deception, and dastardly deeds. Even some hints and cheats for those who get stuck on levels. It's a pretty busy game at that with 4-levels of play, lots of creepy sound effects, and visual surprises, the last being true relaxed play where you are given infinite time to explore the haunted house, but I'll let you read about it there and see if it's something you think you would enjoy, just in time for Halloween. © 2016 dw817Reviews
