This program is Rated: EVERYONE In psychology, the Big Five personality traits are five broad domains or dimensions of personality that are used to describe human personality, the five-factor model (FFM)
The five factors are openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism. Acronyms commonly used to refer to the five traits collectively are OCEAN, NEOAC, or CANOE.
Beneath each global factor, a cluster of correlated and more specific primary factors are found; for example, extraversion includes such related qualities as gregariousness, assertiveness, excitement seeking, warmth, activity, and positive emotions.
The Big Five model is able to account for different traits in personality without overlapping. Empirical research has shown that the Big Five personality traits show consistency in interviews, self-descriptions and observations.
Moreover, this five-factor structure seems to be found across a wide range of participants of different ages and of different cultures. _____________________________________________________________________
David's Dibs:
First off, I had never used BlitzMAX in
Windows 8.1 which is the OS I am using now. I was really WONDERING why
it was so flipping slow in compiling ! Turns out my firewall was
creating a new entry for every time I made an EXE to test my work cause
that's how I program, by running it every few minutes.
Oh for
good grief ! Anyways, I told it to exclude it and yah, gotta admit,
BlitzMAX is really fast now - only took me a full day to write this. Huum ... I just might make some other tools
or games and stuff later. Maybe you've got some ideas ? :)
What
I was really hoping to find on the Internet was a working model for
FIRO-B which I believe is a more professional personality assessment
program, certainly it was the one my Dad used in his private practice.
But
every website I came that said it would show me how to score the tests
for FREE - LIED and wanted my CREDIT CARD number ! *SIGH*
Soo ...
I found this test called OCEAN in WIKIPEDIA. While it explains what the
scores mean it didn't mention what the perfect resulting text output
would be.
So - well, I sorta made up my own based on what they said.
Would you make a good SKY DIVER, HALL MONITOR, PARTY HOST, SCHOOL PRINCIPAL, or MELLOW GURU ?
Perhaps you're a bit of each ?
