I want it to be mother's day tomorrow...but! I guess we can make every day into a happy mother's day, no?
The poem surprised me from head to toe....was thinking I'll read something that you've written for your mom....but it sat in my heart when you say "'twas from your mom".....May you be the happiest son ever just like your mom wants you to be....Almighty's grace be upon you and your mom and your family. I love the poem, but lately, valentines day has sucked for me.

each time i ask a someone out, I get shot down, and for the first time, someone had said yes only to be "busy" as our friend said, it was a mutual friend and she had told me that the person didn't want to go out, its just we're old friends and she didn't want to hurt my feelings. but honestly, it would have been better if they had flat out told me. I was on the hook for a week.

Like getting a job, sometimes you have to have your foot in the door, so to speak. Hey, and just being friends is a great thing too. Plenty of babies in the world already. :)

Indeed. I wonder if Mom is getting better now. The last few messages she sent me months ago were completely crazy.
