I want it to be mother's day tomorrow...but! I guess we can make every day into a happy mother's day, no?
The poem surprised me from head to toe....was thinking I'll read something that you've written for your mom....but it sat in my heart when you say "'twas from your mom".....May you be the happiest son ever just like your mom wants you to be....Almighty's grace be upon you and your mom and your family. She is not permitted to see or speak to me. Legal stuff. She is considered a danger to herself and others and by law does not have custody of me or Emma. I am breaking the rules by sending her a message of thanks, but I have not received a reply in this.

Just the Valentine's Poem which in itself is a lovely gift however.

THat's a wonderful thing for you mother to write to you. I'm sorry you got it so late. I don't know what's wrong with our postal system...epsecially now that they want to raise the price of postage stamps again.

There is something called a Forever Stamp. I bought a few; mostly for Rose so she can send cards to her friends and relatives. This is the first poem my Mom has ever sent me. I'm definitely keeping it pinned on the wall and I wrote to thank her.
