What happened today ?

Not very much, so let's see what happened YESTERDAY when I visited Chris.

We went out to McDonald's for a quick lunch, then went to the RODEO ! I have MANY pictures of that so I'm gonna make that a new post for tomorrow along with the latest 10-dreams for the dream diary.

And - I may be in a bit of trouble, I don't know. While I was indeed given the green light to buy a 1TB drive and I did get a nice one, Chris INSISTED that I don't need to keep the receipt for it as the money was mine and do I have to tell Loretta everything !?

He really put me on the spot right then, and - I don't know what I did with the receipt after that, I lost it darnit !

OKay, looking through my stuff I found it but boy I totally forgot where I put it ! I had it all folded up and jammed up in the tightest little corner of my Batman wallet so YES I do have it for Loretta cause Rose was telling me on the phone she's gonna be furious if I don't have the receipt and I do and - well there is something else.

I also bought Final Fantasy XIII-2 at the same store so me and Chris could play it on his Ps3. Now Chris does not have a small TV screen, it's really big, but WOW the actual menus and stuff when you're playing that are so tiny ! And, even after I sorta got the idea of how to play it, I didn't like it.

Chris said the menus look small because the game was designed for a HD screen, which he said he'll get eventually.

And - I guess I have to ask myself now, am I really that fond of Super Nintendo and some of the earlier video-games for their game-play value if not their graphics or audio ?

And, well, aside from BLUR which we both play on the Ps3, I have to say - YES. Gameplay is infinitely more important than great graphics, music, or animation.

And I'm dog-tired of 3rd-person view RPGs, they're not casual games, you have to act right then or be penalized or even get killed for it and WOW all the stuff you need to remember to play FF XIII-2 and the buttons and everything is unbelievable !

So, I guess I do better with casual games. I asked Chris should we return the game but he said no, he'll play it for a week, he may like it, and we'll decide from there. Anyways, I feel rotten for buying the game. It wasn't the cost it's just - so hard to play !

Now the 1TB drive I have is awesome tho, I've already filled up 20% with my work since I plugged it in yesterday, I guess I shoulda bought a 2TB after all. I know Chris was saying come on ! It's only $20 more but I said and what if it gives out ? And he said and what if ?

I said well, if it's 1TB I won't be so upset as I'll have back ups and stuff on my other 1TB drives. I dunno, I think maybe some of my logical thinking isn't so great when I get upset. Anyways that FF XIII-2 is WAY too hard for me to play. That I =DO= know.

I do better at those awesome Samantha Swift games for Windows. Those are enjoyable, no time limit, beautiful scenery and backgrounds and music, take your time ! Whatever happened to that idea ?

And when you =DO= stuff that is right in it you're treated with neat animation, dialogue, and story.

Okay, so maybe I'm going off on a tangent, but it REALLY is a good game series, especially if you want casual stuff for anyone who's tired of having time limits in games or you die if you don't move, try it ! This one lets you relax and THINK instead of exercising your fingers and reaction time.

Right, I also saw the movie last night, "Twelve Monkeys," with Bruce Willis and Brad Pitt. You know what's interesting is the way Brad Pitt was when he was in the ward, he was =ME= ! Omigosh, when I'm not on my meds that's exactly how I am busy BIZZY brain and stuff and bouncing off the walls as Rose says talking fast and being hyper and stuff.

So - that part of the film is really accurate. Always take your meds.

Did ANYONE understand the story to it tho ? I guess that's why I wanted to see it. I know bits of it years ago, the time travel stuff, and I told myself last night, okay, let's try it again. And - no I don't ever need to see it again, no re-watch value as I rate stuff, but also - I really don't think I understood the story even tho I really REALLY watched it proper this time, didn't miss a thing

I still don't understand it tho. Hmm ...

Let's see, tomorrow I'll post 10-more dreams for the Dream Diary. A new post about me and Chris at the Rodeo and yep ! I even had a blue cowboy hat I wore and I took a photo when I was in the bathroom and - oh, and putting a pair of underwear on a real goat and getting timed for it, I'll have to show you that.

It's getting cooler at night. Dju get your flu-shot yet ? I had mine, Rose insisted and - maybe you should get yours ? Okay, that's all for now.
