How hot is hot enough ? Rose is friends in Email with this GF of hers who is always sending funny little photos. Here is the last set, and it's been over 100 degrees here in the states, not good !

I don't know about you but I'm very sensitive to the heat, you'll see me wearing shorts until it gets down to 40 degrees cause I'm a WINTER person. Anyways, Rose is in contact with this close friend of hers who lives in New Jersey, and this girl is always sending funny little photos to her. I thought I would start to share some of them with you. So here is the last set she sent, and since it's been over 100 degrees here in the states, I can totally relate to these ! Stay cool out there pplz ! Now you're in hot water ! These kitties have it made in the shade ! Squirrels need to unwind after a hot day of nut gathering. I'm not telling him to move - you do it ! The rescue team is on the job ! Sitting pretty seagulls. Even a 'coon's gotta keep cool these days. Whoa ! Now that is some HOT asphalt ! What your cat does when you leave for work. Horse wash, just add Mane N Tail shampoo. This place needs better air-conditioning ! A new definition for Hotmail ! Ah, this is the life ... Return back HOME   You are Earth Visitor #

And don't kid me, really. Is it truly above 100 degrees in the states? :O I can't even bear the 40 degrees here in Pakistan. :P

Wow, 40 degrees ? You LUCKY, I LOVE Cold Weather, but yah, it's been over 100 degrees here. And yet - I wonder - when I was a boy the heat didn't seem so bad. I think it's more a pollution-driven dirty heat we have now - which wasn't here years ago despite temperatures still topping 100 degrees.

Now are you saying Fahrenheit or Celsius for your 40-degrees ? Celsius here I guess it would be, 37.
Your 40-degrees Celsius to Fahrenheit would be, 104.
100-degrees Celsius would be, 212, a bit too warm for me, thanks. :) When I say 100 degrees I mean Fahrenheit.

It's 103 degrees out today. Rose just called me about 10-minutes ago to tell me. I think I'll stay inside. It's supposed to be a little cooler tomorrow so maybe I'll do some laundry then. :)

Hi Poetdoug, welcome, and thanks ! Rose's GF has sent many funny pictures over the years. I guess I could start to post them in here over time.

I'm also experimenting with adding rounded frames and shadows to pictures. Since I can't do CSS I have to do it all manually - UGH, but I've written some MACROS to handle and automate most of it now.

Well - I'll definitely do that then. I should have some free time Thursday, I'll post a new set. Since this seems to be fairly popular, I'll move this to a book, but not today, I'm beat, it's been a LONG day !
