Take Comfort My Love Whoever You Are

This is the heart felt message from a man to his soul mate that he has never met, yet firmly believes she exists. This is his attempt to comfort the love of his life who is surely suffering as much as he from waiting to be joined together.

Take comfort my love whoever you are

Though I know not your name I'll love from afar

Every beat of my heart echoes blind devotion

To you dear lady, recompence of my emotion

Never have I touched your lips so grand

Nor felt the tender caress of your hand

But still this I know we two shall be one

No force will conquer, our battle is won

My heart burns and my patience is tried

Endless searches, my hope nearly died

But then a spark, I sense something new

Something refreshing like the morning dew

I felt a connection to your very soul

A God sent glimpse, now hope is made whole

I felt you in the core of my being, honest and pure

Forged in heaven our love is forever and sure

Take comfort my love whoever you are

Though I know not your name i'll love from afar

Until the day God our road does mend

And to each the other our Lord does send.
