WANTING TO DIE

wanting to die 

is a dream i once had

a dream i gave up on

for it never came to pass

i guess its not meant

for death to take me

and now i can see

why it wasn't meant to be

for if i had died

i would have never met thee

thee who gave me hope

to live outside a dream

who gave me a reason

to finally live free

to go for the light

even though it hurt my eyes

now i hope death never comes

to send me back to that dream

for i like my new life...

my life in a fantasy.
