I dont love you like I used to.

I dont love you like I used to.

A Poem by dukovan
"

My fiance and I's story. How it doesn't matter what kind of relationship it is, or how you love somebody. How neither of us could possibly matter enough to think so. As long as you love.

"
Shivering in a naked wind.
It blew off your clothes,
along with your sins.

Admit one,
then another.
Make a movie
and play each other.

Blistered from a solo grip.
Calloused tongue,
and a dirty spit.

Blame the ground,
where we'll meet.
Take my steps,
and blame my feet.

Pushing off your body,
the weight is just too much.
I'd rather lay side by side.
Two stones from a high school crush.

I'll keep the flame low.
We only need enough.
We'll torch this dirty love,
it was never quite enough.

Well penned. I like the flow and feel to this brutally honest poem.
