A round world

A round world

A Poem by dukovan

I learned my lesson for the third time today
Jesus is coming and I forgot how to pray

So I cleaned up my room and I brushed my teeth
and I sat while you prayed for the rest of the week

It won't go like the ghost you want to
attach to your shadow and send to the moon

I've seen you smiling up there now and then
I've seen you smile, will I see you again?

I don't what faith is but it's a round world
The globe on my mantle is spinning the girls

Out in the ocean, the fish in my head
swim through my veins and start a new end

Now it all depends on you and me

Now I believe anything I can see for eternity
