forming beliefs

forming beliefs

A Poem by dukovan

Jesus, you have such long horns,
rose above and across
the thorniest thorn
fighting freedom, for feeling
in spite of believing
you formed
My God, you speak so different
by my own right,
write what I say,
as I drift off and on
Be in my heart,
oh my god, you're wasted again
Be in my eyes
all my life I'll pretend for you,
for me
Father, my hands are so dirty
fire looked like years, and beauty
your eyes match the cieling now
with the roof torn off
when the twister twisted in and out
