Drawing blinds.

Drawing blinds.

A Poem by dukovan

Yes her heart is dripping

at the same pitch as the roof

I haven't fixed the faucet yet.

No, today i'll be finding tempos in raindrops

and losing my mind.

I'll attach my promise to the blinds

whenever I finally start drawing again,

who knows.

You'll have to have some faith in me.

Its a land of milk and honey beyond my eyelids

but I am a lid to this box,

and I keep my body chalked in smoke.

Eventually is the promise for eternity.

There I go again.

Blindly drawing myself drawing blinds.
