Its only a song.

Its only a song.

A Poem by dukovan

I am no better in a song
and they're no better on the wall.
Our tacky taste has been fine so far,
frame by frame from homes.

My legs wore me
and you ignore me
never bothered to move at all.

Oh no,
you think you know
oh no,
it was only a song.
I know that its mine but I can't sing along.

I pray to God that they're not home.
Would I be better on a cross
with your face hung up on a wall?
I pray that he wont know.

My legs wear me
do you compare me?
I wonder where I'll go.

Oh no,
you think you know.
No,
it was only a song.
I know its not mine but I still sing along.

I'm sick of being inside myself.
I wonder where I'd go.
I know you think you know
but you don't.
