I swear I did 

then I hear a song 

so I start scrubbing again

to remove any trace 

I scrub my eyes 

to forget your face

Thank you Emma, this was not really about anyone, just had a dry spell and felt like I couldn't write about anything, so I picked a sad topic. Just a poem.
