January's Kiss

January's Kiss

A Poem by Dave W.
"

The old makes way for the new

"
January winter's somber reflection,
pools full of rain kissed tears.

A wind howls through arbor skeletons,
former glory of Sping's majesty.

An old world has passed on
scacrificed for new beginings.

The land sleeps waiting
for Persephone's embrace.
