I want

What are the hints, 

that a person is loved, 

admired, desired, 

I don't know.  

I always miss the que's, 

the hints, the clues.  

If you love me tell me, 

don't make me guess, 

I am dense, 

it goes over my head.  

Tell me plain, 

tell my true, 

just say in English "I love you".  

Help me to know your mind, 

to know your heart, 

to share your life.  

Let me know what you think, 

from this conversation, 

please don't shrink. 

Be strait as an arrow, 

you'll hit your mark, 

for my chest is open, 

you can  see my heart.  

I will be vulnerable to your words, 

I will be your friend, 

I want conversations, 

I want quality time, 

I want a sure foundation, 

I want someone to say "He's mine".  

Please forgive the ramblings of a mad man, 

a shot in the dark, 

a callout into the void.
