Not afraid to live

Fear will stop you from living life to the fullest....

Tell the one you love how you feel

The moments slip away and are gone.

Don’t be afraid to open your heart

Pour yourself out for a friend.

To share your life is not time wasted,

It’s an investment in moments created.

Give your love to hungry souls athirst,

So many are in a famine for affection.

Love deeply and truly, there is not another like the one who has your heart.

Don’t let fear stop you from loving again.

Once again, I feel the wave of emotion wash over me.

Will I be carried away?

Will I be drowned?

Will I be overcome?

I wait for it to pass; I am not consumed.

I will not let it take me; my foundation is secure.
