Deep (Down) In It

Deep (Down) In It

A Poem by the wretched
"

history tends to repeat itself, but sometimes even the best advice is hard to follow

"

the tides of time shall come full circle

as i'm sinking like a stone

all the patterns clear as day

down inside the deep below

but once inside, to see is naught

as knowing does not lead to change

and so i'm drifting, and distraught

a million feet below the waves.
