Eternity Of Winter

Eternity Of Winter

A Poem by Aaron Burnette

A glass ice statue,

An angel with wings,

Stands there stagnant,

Blanketed in crystalline snow,

Surrounded by silence, tranquility

Hoping for the Sun of Spring

Melting her softly, slowly,

Releasing her from Winter's Eternity

Written in her fate.
