who i am

who i am

A Poem by Madeline Sime

Who am I? That's your question right? I'm Madeline and I am somebody you see everyday. I'm the person sitting next to you. I'm the person in front you that you can't see. I'm your neighbor. I'm your mother. I'm your best friend. I'm you sister. I'm your plumber. I'm your enemy. I'm your doctor. I'm a teacher. I'm a bum. I'm a wife. I'm a business woman. I'm a girl in ur dorm. I'm somebody. I'm nobody. I'm alive. I'm dead I'm happy. I'm sad. I'm good. I'm evil I'm an angel. I'm a hero. I'm Me. And who cares who I am? No one cause this world is just a game of pretend.. Wanna know who I am? you probably don't cause you probably thought this poem was way to long.

I actually quite liked it. I like the fact that NO ONE really knows who we are, ever, except us. Only we know all of our facets and all that we think and feel and even we don't know what we're capable of.

I liked it.

It gave me Fight Club flashbacks.
