A Poem by h d e rushin

There was a man in Detroit at Gethsemane cemetery

who stole his fathers body before burial and placed in in the freezer

in his basement for future resurection.

Not even caring that his blood had been drained out and

replaced with formaldehyde-menthanol. Or that his heart

had been removed, his lips sewn together and his breath

stolen along with his rondel jeweled ring. Which just shows

that if you believe something hard enough, strong enough;

that if you pray for a thing with conviction or traditional doctrine

ENOUGH

Then finally, like the HEALTHY  contents of a good hamburger

or the EXISTENCE of the  gods of Greek mythology, it becomes

TRUE.

Somethings are just too unbelievable until they are translated by a good poet. A fascinating tale of intrigue that doubles as a story about devotion, and love.... Well done, dana

still shaking my head,

Diego Paz

Have you been resurrecting the dead again Dana? Is there any healthy contents in a bic mac w/cheese? Cause if there is, it will be my main staple from here on out. Did you see the moon last night? mine was exceptional , it had a visitor Jupiter and a halo, so spectacular.
