Our World, Our Fantasy (new)

Sitting here, I write to you,
asking you, my truest one
Open up my chest, Set free my heart
-Free as a Lovebird on a spring day’s start.
Hold me gently
I will pour out my heart
Dive in with me
Together we swim in this sea -of love
You are my angel, my dear
Swinging from the heavens above
I could ask for nothing more
than this colorful rainbow love.
Rainbows spring across this waterfall
-we lay here resting and watch the water fall
Floating around in the dreamland we have made.
Together in this passion high
Passion we share as we shine-
swearing never to fade.
Faded, blended, washed away
The world is black and white today.
Gather ’round on this rainbow stream
Forming now, your life-long dream
Consume the thoughts of the lonely one
Pass on our love-lit light
Share with them the ecstasy of our air
Show them to breathe, -to wonder at night
teach them to color life
-help them glisten and be rare.
Feel this beat, this rhythm in our chests
play the sounds you hear
- Love.

It's a romance poem. It was my first time making up my own format. Fun! It's one of my faves!
