Crash and Burn

Crash and Burn

A Poem by +xDrunkenFairytalex+

Crash and burn,
I twist and fall,
While screaming the words,
"I loved it all."
-Through my tears that won't soon fade,
They poor down gently,-sharp as a blade.
This pain, I do fear for the sake of my smile,
Without you, I'm lost,- was it worth the while?
The sweetness of your kiss,
Sped up my heart,
And through it all,
We wouldn't fall apart.
I thought I could make it,
And not shed a tear,
But the pain just gets worse,
As i'm missing you, Dear.
I hope this makes sense,
I hope you can see,
I'm telling you, hon,
All you need is me.
I won't crush your heart,
-I know how it feels,
I'll just love you forever,
And hope this broken heart heals.
I'd die just for your happiness,
And to know you'll grow and see,
I wish you True Love,
-Just maybe,- for me.
