Joy in life is often hard to find

We seek it in tumultuous surroundings

Times are hard for those who share

Yet the way to peace is through cooperation 

Working together builds hope

Hope enlightens communities

Love holds the universe together

It is time for a new day

It is time for a new joy

It is time for a new sharing

No one need go without

Greed is a decision made by those 

Who cannot see 

That they are part of the whole

Enlightenment starts with a full stomach

See your self in your enemy’s eyes

And you have found
