An improv act

An improv act

A Poem by Itwasonceuponatime

To see that gleam in her eyes,
To make her proud of that time.
Oh what beautiful feeling it must be
To be proud of what you were made to be.

For I despise what I am
For a simple reason of who I am.

You see, I am not who you think I am
Only a play for all until the curtains drop.
A script ready for every day,
Ready to be acted out without fray.

I only wish for this poison to stop,
To abbandon its home in my heart

For my life to finally be an improv act
Where every caracter has its own tact,
For the script to finally burn in peace,
To stand on the stage and finally be free.
