A Poem by william andrews

Could it be you

that wakes in the morning

with an urgent need

to see

that the mask you wear

in your wakeing hours

hasnt finaly slipped

always afraid

of what people will say

if they see

what you hide

behind that lonely smile

this you know

when your all alone

stareing at your reflection

that weeps upon

these fragile words

why

can i not

be me
